The Hautes-Pyrénées

The département des Hautes-Pyrénées (Prefecture: Tarbes) is a département in the Midi-Pyrénées region, bordering the départements of Pyrénées-Atlantiques, Gers, Haute-Garonne and the province of Huesca (Spain).

Three very different natural regions give it all of its charm: the mountains and valleys, the hillsides and the plains.
The Département des Hautes-Pyrénées thus offers a range of landscapes and has become a favourite place to indulge in skiing, spa treatments and green tourism.
